NYCruise Terminals - New York City Economic Development Corporation
Manhattan may be large and have plenty of parking, but it also has plenty of people and plenty of cars (and probably with the same idea as you). If setting sail on a cruise out of New York City’s bustling terminal in Manhattan is on your radar, and you plan to travel by car, knowing where to park is essential. The Manhattan Cruise Terminal is located alongside a busy highway. Watch out for cars and speeding bicycles when you cross the street, as you'll need to cross a bike path and the highway to get to the terminal. Porters are available at the Manhattan Cruise Terminal and can both receive and take luggage to the cruise ship. There is a small coffee/snack shop inside the Manhattan cruise terminal.
This includes the official port parking and any third-party lots that also cater to cruisers. Payment is due upon arrival into the parking lot and reservations are not accepted. There's also plenty of parking available at independent garages all throughout the west side of Manhattan. There are various other parking locations around NYC, allcheaper than official port parking.

The ones closest to the cruise terminal are very expensive, soif you’re looking for a cheap option, try one of the ones further out. For instance, when you book directly through ParkRight(mentioned earlier in the article), they charge $29 per night. Paying for a hotel AND Manhattan cruise terminal parking is going to be very expensive, so we if you need to park your car for your cruise, we don’t recommend doing that. The Philadelphia cruise port is located at Pier 1 in the Philadelphia Naval Business Center. Port parking is a short walk from where the cruise ship passenger loading area is located. The secured parking lot is large enough to accommodate any travelers leaving the Philadelphia port.
